Connected Communities Far North Queensland Board Director Michael Kerr and Bendigo Bank's Angela Whittaker talk about current funding opportunities

Connected Communities Far North Queensland, CC-FNQ, supports not-for-profit groups in Far North Queensland, including Mossman and Douglas, giving them the ability to apply for grants without having to ask for donations or through time-consuming fundraising activities.

CC-FNQ offers grants to not-for-profit organisations for projects that will have “overall benefit for the community.”

In fact, to date, more than $1,000,000 has been awarded through CC-FNQ for the benefit of more than 200 not-for-profit health, education, sporting and community organisations.

This amazing concept encourages empowerment, passion, integrity, growth and innovation but also it guarantees that money to stays in our area!!

The first run of grants is now open with possible grants either up to $2500 or $5000

The application closing date is 30^th October 2019.
