Deputy Mayor Abigail chats with Paul about all things Douglas Shire including complaints about the safety of the Flagstaff Hill walk and lack of suitable signing. She also talks about the proposed Port Douglas Lagoon which Paul reckons will never be built mainly because of it's size and cost. He's prepared to walk up Macrossan Street wearing nothing but a fig leaf if Abigail is right.
