Lisa Scomazzon, owner of Newell Beach Takeaway is not happy with Council over a community tap in a park at the beach that's used by boaties and tourists to wash down vehicles and camping gear. Lisa says while all of us have to abide by level one water restrictions water at this tap is free and flowing. She also comments on the proposed Port Douglas Lagoon.
