Only certain candidates are being targeted like Michael Kerr, who's running for Mayor, Lisa Scomazzon, Kym Rowley and Peter McKeown. The local businessman reckons it's a low act but nothing will stop him from reaching out to the ratepayer/voters in the Douglas Shire.
