Paul chats with Mayor Julia Leu about all things Douglas Shire including her response to the Carbon Credit Neutral Scheme voted on by Council, falling over after Qantas and the Council couldn't come an agreement.

The Mayor says in contrast a block of land is being purchased in the Shire by the DSC to keep it all local.
