Paws and Claws president Michael Kerr chats with Paul and tells him there is a commitment that ‘come what may’, their Craiglie facility will be open this time next year AND earlier if he has anything to do with it. Michael, who is also President of the Homeless Animal Society and the Douglas Animal Welfare Group admits its been a long hard journey to make the animal shelter a reality but with ordinary luck an end is in sight.
