New Councillors Sworn In At Douglas Shire Council (Audio Provided By DSC) 16Apr2020

It's been a long time coming but today the new Douglas Shire Councillors were sworn in by CEO Mark Stoemer. An historic moment that will be repeated after we come through this Covid-19 Pandemic.
