When a cafe in Cape Tribulation made application for a variation of conditions to their liquor licence that involved music, Merran headed to todays meeting of the DSC to state her case. The cafe wants a ruling on the decibels (dB) it aims to pump out. While The Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation have the final say, Merran wanted Councillors to send a clear message to the owners of the Turtle Rock Cafe that it's not conducive to the area.
