Warren Entsch interview with Paul Makin 20Jun19

Paul chats to a fired up Member for Leichhardt Warren Entsch about the decision of Douglas Shire Council to purchase carbon credits from a region far far away to make the Council Carbon neutral.

Mr Entsch says there is still plenty of work to be done in the Councils backyard before casting the net so far away.

He is also concerned about the rate payers being kept in the dark over the cost of the scheme and expresses outrage over the treatment of Michael Kerr the only Councillor to speak up against the proposal.
