Mayor Julia Leu chats to Paul about the controversial and damming report on the Douglas Shire Council released by Local Government candidate and boss of the Tin Shed Kym Rowley and published by Newsport. Kym Rowley says the authors credentials are impeccable and the information came off the Councils own website. The report says the DSC is in a very bad financial position following de-amalgamation, citing job losses, high rates among other things. The author of the report remains anonymous and that's something the Mayor has honed in on, labelling it "Rubbish"

If a Council in the driest State on the driest Continent can do it why can't we? Just something to ponder.
