Former marketing guru and current promoter of Miracle Fruit Chris Beckwith continues his investigation into The Douglas Shire Councils controversial vote to go carbon neutral. He first brought the information to the station that Qantas wasn't going to give tens of millions of dollars in publicity to the Shire as promised. He now digs deeper and discovers that the June vote was a long time in the making.

Paul chats with Tin Shed boss Kym Rowley about the Councils decision to postpone the meetings they promised to hold so that Shire residents could get more more information about their controversial decision to go carbon neutral. The partnership with Qantas, Green Collar and TPDD was voted on in June with only Michael Kerr saying it was a bad idea. It involves investing around $600,000 dollars of rate payer monies in a tree farm 1500 k's away. Kym was the man who wrote to the Mayor Julia Leu asking for the meetings in the first place.
